Cancellations

The Puffer Fish Program will attempt to swim at all times, even in the rain. But if thunder and lightning are present the lessons will end immediately for the safety of your swimmer and our staff. If it is possible to cancel the lesson 1 hour prior to the instructor's arrival, we will attempt to reschedule your lesson. In the event of a sudden onset of thunder and lighting, the regular lesson fees will remain and we will not reschedule missed time.

At the parent/ guardian request we can attempt to create an additional lesson with the regular lesson fees in place. 

If a cancellation for illness is required we require a minimum of 2 hours notice, we cannot guarantee a time to reschedule but will make all attempts to create one. If there is not 2 hours notice the regular lesson fees will be required to be paid. 

For cancellation for the purposes of personal scheduling issues the regular lesson fee is required to be paid and there will be no attempts to reschedule.
